LeaderSol Consultants ("LeaderSol", "we", "us") is a global visa and immigration consultancy headquartered in Doha, Qatar, with sub-offices in other countries, including Pakistan. We help clients across 50+ destinations with study, work, visit, business, residency, and citizenship applications.
For the purposes of applicable data-protection law — including Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016), the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") where it applies to clients in those regions, and other local laws — the data controller is:

2. What this policy covers
This policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal data when you:
- visit our website (visa.leadersol.com) or contact us through it;
- use our client portal to manage your case, documents, and payments;
- engage us for visa, immigration, relocation, or Hajj & Umrah services;
- communicate with us by phone, email, WhatsApp, or social media.
3. Personal data we collect
Because immigration casework requires detailed personal information, we may collect:
- Identity data — name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport and national ID details, photographs.
- Contact data — email address, phone number, postal address, city and country of residence.
- Case data — education and employment history, qualifications, language test results, travel history, family details (spouse and dependants included in an application).
- Financial data — bank statements, proof of funds, and payment records required by immigration authorities or needed to process your fees. Card payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
- Sensitive data — only where an immigration authority requires it (for example medical examinations, biometric data, or police clearance certificates). We collect this with your explicit consent or another lawful basis.
- Portal account data — login credentials, case messages, uploaded documents, and activity logs.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data collected through cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
4. How and why we use your data

5. Who we share your data with
We share personal data only where necessary:
- Immigration authorities, embassies, and consulates — to lodge and progress your applications.
- Licensed partners and regulated advisers (for example registered migration agents or lawyers in the destination country) — where your case requires local representation.
- Service providers — hosting, document storage, payment processing, communications, and analytics providers acting under contract with us.
- Professional advisers and insurers — where needed to run our business.
- Authorities and courts — where the law requires disclosure.
We never sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
Immigration work is international by nature: your data may be transferred to and processed in the destination country of your application and in countries where our offices and providers operate (including Qatar and Pakistan). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections for these transfers.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep case files for as long as needed to provide the service and afterwards to meet legal, regulatory, tax, and professional-record obligations, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.
8. How we protect your data
We apply technical and organisational safeguards including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, role-based portal permissions, and staff confidentiality obligations. No system is completely secure; if a breach affecting your rights occurs we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- access a copy of your personal data;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request deletion of your data;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing before withdrawal);
- complain to your data-protection authority.

10. Children
Our services are intended for adults. We only process children's data as part of a family application submitted by a parent or legal guardian.
