1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LeaderSol Consultants website (visa.leadersol.com), our client portal, and our visa and immigration consultancy services. By using the website or engaging our services you agree to these Terms. If you sign a separate service agreement with us, that agreement prevails where the two differ.
2. Who we are
LeaderSol Consultants is a global visa and immigration consultancy headquartered in Doha, Qatar, with sub-offices in other countries, including Pakistan.
3. Our services
We provide consultancy, document preparation, application management, and related support for visas, residency, citizenship, study, work, and travel programmes. We are consultants, not a government body. Decisions on visas and immigration applications are made solely by the relevant government authorities.
No guarantee of outcome
While we work to maximise your chances of success, no visa, residency, or citizenship outcome can ever be guaranteed. Approval, refusal, and processing times are entirely at the discretion of the relevant authorities. Any success rates published on this website are historical averages and not a promise of any individual result.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide complete, accurate, and truthful information and genuine documents;
- respond to requests for documents or information promptly;
- tell us about anything that may affect your application (for example refusals, convictions, or changes in circumstances);
- comply with the laws of your home country and destination country.
We may decline or terminate service without refund of work already performed if information you provided proves false or misleading.
5. Fees and payments
- Fees for our services are set out in your quotation, invoice, or service agreement, and where applicable on our website.
- Some services can be paid in instalments through the client portal; instalment schedules form part of your agreement.
- Government filing fees, embassy fees, translation, courier, medical, and other third-party charges are additional to our service fees unless expressly stated, and are payable to those third parties on their terms.
- Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
6. Client portal accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or threaten the security of the platform.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, and software — belongs to LeaderSol Consultants or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website or portal, including by attempting unauthorised access, uploading malicious code, scraping content at scale, or submitting fraudulent documents or payments.
9. Third-party links and content
Our website may link to government portals, partner sites, or other third-party resources. We are not responsible for their content or availability.
10. Disclaimers
Website content is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal advice. Immigration rules change frequently; always confirm current requirements for your specific case with your consultant or the relevant authority.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeaderSol Consultants is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of opportunity, or losses caused by decisions of immigration authorities, delays by third parties, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us for the service concerned. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Termination
Either party may end an engagement in line with the service agreement. Sections that by nature should survive (fees owed, liability limits, intellectual property) survive termination.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
